the breakfast offered good variety. i found the staff to be helpful . the hotel location was central, it was close to transport.

the room was not cleaned well when i arrived. the receptionist did not offer a new room. they only changed the sheets when i was mad.

fresh shots organic gel immaculate room staff kindness

the breakfast was indeed a feast for the senses, especially the fresh ginger shots. the room, a moderate double room without window, was cleaned meticulously. the organic shower gel smelled so nice, a small luxury i remember now with fondness. staff showed a kindness i found so rare.

i found the lack of a accesible plug socket inconvenient as i wanted to charge my phone near the bed.

breakfast included Nordic delicacies, friend eggs, bacon, beans and sausages, a very wide choice. i saw free hot drinks offered during the day, including a lovely hot chocolate and coffee.

The hotel is very close to the central station. It made getting around very easy. Amazing staff offered assistance and good service. The breakfast buffet was also great with plenty of choices.

Check-in was slow when I arrived. I waited for 30 minutes even though only one guest was ahead of me. The room I booked did not state it had no windows in its description. It smelled slightly of smoke.

The location proved very convenient for accessing public transport. The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of options. The room included a minibar and a tv (it was quite large).

My room lacked a window. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell. There were no wardrobes in the room (so I lived out of my suitcase).

i appreciated the breakfast. it included many choices. the lobby was a good space to relax. location near transport and shops was also nice. i found the staff accommodating when i stored my bike early.

the room lacked a shelf for clothes, which would be helpful.
